Hello critters! My name is Danyell, or Danyzell as I am known on the world wide web. I would describe myself as different, nerd-ish, and a lover of all things new. I am currently spending my time in Bloomington with my boyfriend, Skylar (also known as SkyCzar), and our Jack Russell Terriers, Zoey and Zephyr, as I trudge through the life of a college student.

I've always been interested in finding new ways to express myself. And, I also love sharing my journeys, experiences, and all the triumphs/fails I achieve while growing. I am currently slightly obsessed with J.R.R. Tolkien and reading the his entire collection about Middle Earth. I am an amazing healer in World of Warcraft and play a level 100 Blood Elf Discipline Priest. THis may seems strange but through WoW, I have learned to love who I am (and embrace all of my weirdness) which has made me embark on a whole new quest of finding myself. These next couple years I am going to be doing a lot of moving and experiencing loads of change. However, all the while, I know you all are keeping an eye on me and supporting me through this life.

Besides spending my time blogging, I work at the University Technology Information Systems' IT Training Department as a Workshop Assistant and Social Media Marketer. Social Media is my passion, and I love what I do for IT Training. I have also worked as the Web Manager for my dad's business, Culver's Portside Marina. I'm in charge of the company's Facebook and Twitter accounts, along with any other social media. I also keep the website up to date, and work as the administrator for the site's blog. I revamped the website in the summer of 2013, so go check it out. I've also created The New Blak site for a couple of my wonderful girl friends.


Where else can you find me? Well, I am also a blogger for WeAreIu--a collective blog with lots of authors who are all students! We talk about things for all prospective and current students like what to pack on move-in day, what to do in Bloomington for fun, and much more! Also, you can check out the posts I've done for The New Blak which is a place for fashion and beauty. As for school, I am a junior at Indiana University! Because of my interaction with the internet world, I CHANGED my major last year. I started out with a Psychology major, but now I will be graduating as an Informatics major with a cognate in Psychology. After school, I hope to continue working as a Social Media Marketer and blogging tons! I'm currently researching everything there is to know about being the best on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. so I can be on top of the game when new technologies come about. This was my first blog, and it incorporates all aspects of my life and living in general. I like to share every day happenings and thoughts through my diaries and videos. I love getting comments from all subscribers, fans, and passerbys who share their stories and can aid in my adventures of learning. Right now this blog is just a personal hobby and something to occupy my time when I am free. But someday, maybe, this can create more of a career or even a label as to define myself.
